Marc and Christine Compeau, Owners

And then there was Jake's.  

Marc Compeau has taught entrepreneurship at Clarkson University, written about it for Forbes and been a serial entrepreneur since 1989.  Jake's is "the big one" and when not at Clarkson or spending time with the family he is at Jake's - looking for champagne moments.

Christine Compeau grew up in Malone NY, taught pre school and kindergarten for the majority of her career.  Currently she is an Academic Advisor in the School of Business at Clarkson University.  She is mom to Cody (26), Allie (24) and Sophie (17).  At Jake's she is responsible for the flowers, the decorating and maintaining the happy vibe that our Jake's family enjoys.
